Returns & Refunds

We want you to be genuinely happy with everything you buy from Trek Mutz. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at trekmutz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at trekmutz@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened (such as pet food bowls or personal care products). This will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
