We want to be straightforward with you about how we ship — because we'd rather you know exactly what to expect than be disappointed.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the UK and across Europe. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, email us at trekmutz@gmail.com and we'll let you know.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier location:
- UK orders: typically 5–12 business days
- European orders: typically 7–18 business days
Some products ship directly from suppliers and may take slightly longer. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email. Not all orders include full tracking — where this is the case, we'll let you know at the point of dispatch.
Delays
